If for any reason you are not completely and totally satisfied with your product, you can send it back to us for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of your delivery.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, don't worry. We are human and we make mistakes, but we will be sure to right the wrong by shipping you a new item at no charge.
To make a return, please send us an email with your request. Pack and seal the products safely and securely, and get them back to us within 30 days of purchase so that we can process your exchange or a full refund of the cost of goods. Again, this does not include shipping charges - those are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless it was our mistake and we are rectifying a defective or incorrect order.
